Why is it sometimes difficult to tell the difference between a doctor/pharmacist acting paternalistically and a doctor/ pharmacist respecting a patient’s autonomy? Provide a clear and well-detailed example to illustrate this point. How do you think the doctor/pharmacist from your example should handle this dilemma?
