• Slide 1: Include the title of the assignment, your name, the school’s name, the course code and name (i.e., ASH101 Launchpad: Developing Skills and Strategies for Success), your instructor’s name, and the assignment due date.
• Slide 2: Share how an accountability partner can be a source of support to help you reach your goals.
  • Identify who could serve as your accountability partner.
  • Describe two ways your accountability partner can support you in reaching your goals.
